(Sometimes emails sent from the customer service email end up in spam/junk folders, please make sure to check there. )
- Promotional codes must be used at checkout.
- Clarify that YOUR shipping address is correct. If a package is sent back to us due to invalid address, it will be at the buyer's expense to ship the package again. If the address entered is incorrect but successfully delivered to that address, it is up to the buyer to recover the package.
- Reata Roundtable is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local post office if your tracking information states delivered and you have not received or if you have any other issues.
- Shipping Protection may be purchased for online orders only. If a package is suspected to be lost or stolen, it must be reported within 10 business days to qualify for a shipping protection claim.
- Ear Flaps and other head/hair accessories are final sale, and cannot be returned due to hygiene precautions.
- Items usually ship within 5-6 days of receiving order/payment. Exceptions would be weekends, or holidays that fall Monday-Friday. We observe most national Holidays. (If it was considered a "Holiday" in the 1970's we still consider it a National Holiday today. Anything designated a new National Holiday within the past 10 years not so much unless it is Chris Kyle Day, National Day of the Horse, etc.,....)
- Combining of shipments will be processed manually for Online and Facebook orders only if the orders are placed within two hours of each order.
- Shipping costs will be refunded based on the cost of shipment.
